Juan Carlos Rique (aka JC), age 26, Tijuana, Mexico and Jennifer Escamilla, age 26, Tijuana, Mexico are wanted by the FBI in connection to the Operation Luz Verde investigation.  The suspects may be associates of the Fernando Sanchez Organization (FSO), an offshoot of the Arellano-Felix drug-trafficking cartel. 

Operation Luz Verde led to charges for 43 individuals in a RICO conspiracy that involved murder, conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, drug trafficking and money laundering offenses.
